February-March, the trade show months in Italy
> Ipack-Ima Milan trade show, March 4-8, 2003
Schneider Electric was at Ipack-Ima, the international trade show for packaging and bottling addressed at the food, chemicals, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries.
The new products presented at the Schneider stand included the Motion offer, the TeSys "U"-model starter, the "small" Twido PLC, and Zelio. Attending Ipak-Ima meant obtaining greater visibility and gaining a position with OEMs who had their machines on exhibit, in order to make high-quality contacts.
The customer approach not only included solutions but also services: Schneider Electric offered a consulting session on international standards, particularly American (NEMA).
> Cabling 2003 convention held in Milan on February 25-26
During this conventionThe Infra+ offer attracted great interest. Our customers were able to note that this lineup product offered real value for structured cabling (i.e. everything that transmits data, voice and image by cable).
It was also an opportunity for Schneider Electric Italy to launch a new patch panel solution, Multiplus. This flexible solution integrates data and telephone applications within a single function, and is available in copper or fiber optics.
An intelligent system for forward-looking professionals, offering full scalability.
> MCS - Motion Control & Factory Automation trade show – held in Bologna on February 19-21, 2003
