ACB Offer Management Manager/Section Manager
§ 4P management for assigned offers through full lifecycle, co-build future offer roadmap with corresponding global/local teams.
§ Build segment strategy, product positioning, price strategy and consistently find the best way to optimize the cost, to maintain stable market price and achieve good margin result.
§ Support new offer promotion and launch to achieve project target.
§ Develop new segments/applications and niche markets to keep ACB stable growth.
§ Manage/coordinate forecast/logistics/quality issues to keep full alignment with Supply Chain/Quality/Service teams and maintain the satisfaction of partners/customers.
§ Bachelor degree with Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering etc.
§ More than 8 years working experience in related industry.
§ Familiar with marketing methodology, marketing tools, offer creation process, marketing communication and launching process.
§ Good business sense and acumen.
§ Familiar with power electrical products and applications.
§ Knowledge of strategy and planning.
§ Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
§ Good oral and written English skills.
§ Dynamic, self-motivated, results driven, diligent and resolute.
