C&S Offer Engineer

Define and manage the existing / future offer of C&S Offers. 

Support the country operational marketing in the growth actions deployment

Accountable of the profitable growth of C&S Offers.

·        Get a clear and updated understanding of offer’s environment.

·        Specify the need of offer adaptation and new offer to capture new business opportunities;

·        Reveal the customers’ needs and the customers’ willingness to pay.

·        Choose and price the Unique Value Proposition

·        Define the marketing specification of the offer adaptation and new offer.

·        Represent marketing function in new offer creation projects, ensures the time to market and offer specifications;

·        Support the country operational marketing in the offer introduction and growth actions deployment.

·          Minimum 5 years of offer or project marketing experience on Industrial Components Products.

·          Strong technical/technology background on Industrial Components Products

·          A thorough understanding of marketing principles, theories and concepts.

·          Strong innovation, active thinking and coordination capability, keen insight.

·          Good communication and presentation skills.

·          Fluent English communication capability.

·          Automation/Engineering Bachelor or Master degree, MBA is a plus.
