工作描述

Responsibilities:

1.        Act as the main contact for customer quality issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.

2.        Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and drive quality improvements across the product lifecycle.

3.        Manage recall projects and service campaigns, coordinating teams to reduce risks and meet goals. 

4.        Prepare and present quality reports, including trend analysis and project updates, to stakeholders and customers.

5.        Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

1.        Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Quality Management, or related field). Certifications like Six Sigma Black Belt are a plus. 

2.        5+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related roles, with knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC). 

3.        Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions. 

4.        Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, able to work with customers and cross-functional teams effectively. 

5.        Customer-focused mindset, able to align quality goals with business objectives.

6.        Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
