Digital Innovation &Technology Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead our cutting edge technology initiatives aimed at enhancing internal efficiency within our Medium Voltage Offer (MVO) department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and a solid understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of AI projects from ideation to operation.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., AI Hub, EIT, Chapter, League, R&D) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standards.

- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

- Monitor and control project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through the effective application of AI technologies.

- Play key role for AI community, including organizing and coordinating Digital workshops; Share best practices in regional and global forums.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Has a proven track record of successfully delivering Digital Projects and implementing use cases, with a focus on AI or data-driven projects.

- Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their potential applications in the medium voltage distribution sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels.

- Demonstrates an agile mindset and possesses a comprehensive understanding of agile principles and values, PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.

- Exhibits strong logical thinking skills and demonstrates proficiency in problem-solving
