Digital Innovation &Technology Solution Architect

We are looking for a technical Architecture to drive the adoption and implementation of digital technologies, focusing on AI, to enhance our internal processes and operations within the Medium Voltage Offer (MVO) department. This role requires a deep understanding of digital transformation and the ability to leverage technology to solve business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of digital strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using AI and other digital tools.

- Work closely with various teams to implement digital solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital transformation, particularly in AI and machine learning.

- Develop and maintain a roadmap for digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to evaluate and integrate new technologies.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees about digital tools and best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to lead digital initiatives that result in tangible business benefits.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Proven track record of successful digital transformation projects in a similar industry.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

- Experience in medium voltage power distribution business is a plus
