EHS Engineer

1:  Organize and manage the SERE / Sustainable function within a given perimeter.

2： Define, follow-up and audit the fairness of the socials societal, environmental and governance development plans.

3：Establish prevention programs in order to avoid work related accidents and occupational illnesses, and related costs.

4：Drive sustainable innovation to support business differentiation.

6: JBS (Job breakdown sheet) & OWS (Operation work standard) created and management

5: Design of the processes and subprocesses of a distribution Center / warehouse / production line

1: More than 5 years manufacturing /OEM ODM factory working experience.

2: English can be used as office language

3: Very strong problem-solving skills (Mandatory), be familiar with 8D, 5 why analysis

4: Understand the documented MPH process(Kanban, OFO-Kitting, Consumable & Wates), route, flows ( physical and information).

5: Understand MPH performance indicates, such as, service level, cycle time and efficiency measurement

6: Have experience to lead project/ program with safety / sustainability transformation, Six Sigma GB is plus.

7: Digital mindset / automation basic knowledge
