Exp. Servo Motor Verification Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. To follow up department working process

2. To participate or lead verification workshops upon project requirement, set up test environment, execute test case

3. To Report and follow up product defects, ensure the product quality

4. To provide related document such as test specification, test plan, test case, defect analysis report

5. To maintain and improve the test system

6. Support other teams in daily work

Requirements:

1.     Have experience in the development/testing/use of Servo drives products such as Electric Drive, Motor

2.     Familiar with servo motor theory and related industrial standard, understand Motor technical data: rated torque, rated current, peak torque, peak current, Torque constant, etc.

3.     Have the ability in using the tools for servo motor test such as Torque sensor, oscilloscope, multimeter, Servo drive commissioning tool, PLC programming software

4.     Know how to execute the servo motor test such as

a.     T-N Curve

b.     Torque constant

c.     Cogging torque

d.     Overload Capacity

e.     Ripple Torque

f.      Efficiency

5.     Be able to do preliminary analysis of motor test results, identify non-conforming items and summarize all test results

6.     Strong hands-on ability to build/maintain motor test platform (incl. electrical and mechanical installation)

7.     Support the motor test works in 3rd party company, review and summarize the test results

8.     Good English and communication skill

Nice to have:

        Experience in Schneider/Panasonic/Yaskawa/Delta Servo drives and motors, Auto/Manual Tunning for Servo Drives and Motor, PLC programming
