 Supplier management，Inventory & Shortage management, etc. 
1. Supplier management: responsible for SOTD & DIN & Healthy Stock ratio & supplier performance. 
2. Response for inventory control and excess analysis: close track stock and continue to optimize the inventory level, improve the healthy ratio of raw stock. 
3. Response for check & release PO to suppliers based on actual demands, tracking delivery schedule based on actual plan to ensure all material availability for production schedule. 
4. Shortage management: organize and optimize the various procurement /logistics solution with suppliers. applying principles / rules. Pilot the corrective and preventives actions to solve the upstream supply chain issues of the plant using the 8D methodology. 
5.   Cooperate with internal & external departments, including warehouse for material cycle count, stock taking analysis and accurate improvement.
