Global PEP Manufacturing Coordinator – FD and Breaker

Reporting Line: Industrialization Director

Description:

This position is in charge of the PEP coordination for related Lob perimeter
The main responsibilities :
- To be the PEP manufacturing coordinator of the related Product ranges /BOC in order to ensure the effectiveness of the PEP deployment through GSC.
- To guaranty the worldwide consistency of the manufacturing processes by deploying Product-Process Robustness actions plans and managing the PQCS-PQCP and Mandatory Requirements.

-To ensure the effectiveness of business continuity plan execution to avoid China HUB delivery risk toward business ambition, lead the prioritization process between GSC and Global BOC ,validate the critical process evolution at both suppliers and plant sides.

The aim of the mission is  to manage the relationship between the BU and the industrial organization of GSC (Plants and MDC)
- To be the BU Supply Chain representative at Product ranges BOCs
- To be the operational Manufacturing Coordinator for Complex PEP projects ( critical processes, multi plants coordination, …. )
- To manage the relationship between the BU teams and the industrial organization of GSC : MCO, MCN follow-up, Pre BOC meetings, industrialization resources needs, escalation, ….

Process Consistency :
- To manage process robustness action plans for all Product ranges managed ( PQCS-PQCP, RPN reduction action plan, ....)
- To define the best practices and the mandatory requirements to be deployed worldwide.
- To manage the critical process and Mandatory requirements evolutions .
- To perform plants audits and follow-up

-To manage the industrialization change by BOC

- Engineering degree within those disciplines: mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrotechnics.

- English mandatory

- Experience in manufacturing, methods, industrialization, quality.

- Mechanical and Electro-mechanical background preferred

- Leadership/Communication skills to be able to be well accepted by the plants, CE teams, project teams

- Knowledge in project management processes (PEP, PMP, . . )
