1. Follow up recruiting status with recruiters
2. Be in charge of internship program and campus recruitment with guidance
3. Handle Emp. On-board procedure
4. Monthly recruitment report
Training & Development
1. Support CR communication and implementation
2. Training needs consolidation and analysis based on CR results
3. Follow SLIC on training plan implementation and Monthly Training implementation report
C&B / PA
1. Follow up the approval process of each mobility: transfer, promotion, separation etc.
2. Monthly payroll report, HC report & HR report to LM
3. Facilitate line management on quarter & annual PA
