- Based on the goals of human resources management, to prepare and implement training plan with HR manager so as to promote employees' knowledge, skills and quality; 

- To coordinate the publicity activities of the company either internally or externally so as to enhance internal communication and to develop company culture. 
- Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
- SPS People Domain

1-Bachelor or above degree 

2- Fluent English skill

3- At least above 5 years HR  related working experieneced，in particular with Training& Learning and HRBP experience  ，nice to have labor relationsihp，data analysis and digital competency.
