(Why the position exists)

Manage and lead projects based on Final distribution port-folio following 5 main tasks: Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor & Control, Close
Ensure the realization of the project in time, in budget and in quality.
Study industrial feasibility and support management team for project priority and opening decision
Ensure functional management with appointed project team member, and define the need of resources and skill/competency.

资格

Education:	Bachelor degree of Engineering of university
Job Related Experience:	>5 years as Industrial position including 2 year equivalent working experience
Business Understanding:
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):	English + Chinese / French is a plus, MS Office, MS project, AutoCad/Pro-E is a plus
