- Main Job Responsibilities
- Dispute Resolution & Government Investigation(70%)
- Subject matter expert of dispute resolution and government investigations;
- Monitoring and management of all claims and litigations, legal disputes and government investigations and internal reporting;
- Handling individual claims, litigations and investigation cases with the assistance of other legal counsels, including strategy design, document preparation and internal communication;
- Manage external counsels;
- Dispute and investigation related risk identification& assessment, mitigation plan formulation and implementation;
- Process, guidelines formulation, improvement and implementation;
- Trainings.
- BU/Function Support (30%）
- Day-to-day legal advice and counseling to BU/functional clients;
- Draft, review, revise and negotiate contracts and legal documents;
- Work with other teammate to formulate internal policies, process and training.
资格
- Requirements
- Law degree from a reputable law school, passed bar exam in China;
- 5+ years’ experience from a well-known law firm; in-house experience with a multinational company as a plus;
- 5+ years’ substantial practice experience relating to dispute resolution is a MUST;
- Excellent organization and communication skills with teamwork spirit;
- Self-motivated and self-reliable with high ethical standards;
- Excellent oral/writing skills in both Chinese and English;
- Willing to travel.
