Logistics Customer Service section manager
- Take lead Trusted and Tailored supply chain(TSC) projects which will be offered to different segment customers and coordinate the implementation within whole supply Chain.
- Drive continual improvement projects for customer satisfaction on delivery experience
- Be a business partner, close to sales force and be customer intimacy respective to keep closely contact Top/VIP Segmented customers to handle special request on delivery and logistics services.
- Define the Trusted and TSC digital dashboard and track the performance to ensure the sustainable service level and cost effectiveness.
- In charge of customer research and competitive watch from the supply chain and logistics points of view.
- Education: Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management or any discipline in Business Administration/Sales/Marketing/Quality
- Job Related Experience: Supply Chain & Logistics, Sales or Marketing, Project Management, Quality management
- Others Requirements: Good Communication skill and English Skill, Strong sense of responsibility, Digital competence is preferred
