Marketing Offer Logic Architect
Our Marketing Offer Logic Architect executes the global efficiency and digital transformation of product selector for Power Products division.
- By creating product selector to support customer select and config product.
- By implementing product selector data to digital systems for manufacture and deliver
- By leading unified Process of deployment / completion / quality for product selector.
Create and maintain offer logic (KB/EZ):
- Master the KB = knowledge Base include creating KB specification according to offer structure, implement the specification into SAP (modulization)
- Understand the Technical assembly rules and marketing rules.
- Define offer logic rules to be able to implement the rules into SAP
- Know well PIM system to create e-catalog
- Know well SAP for KB creation, configuration platform for publication (global and country)
Manage new Product Selector deployment for OCP projects:
- Create new product selector to support OCP (PEP/PMP) project launch
- Work closely with offer manager to build the robust offer selection structure, be able to challenge and propose the better solution during the development.
- Respect project launch timeline to deliver high quality selector within deadline.
- Work closely with Hub data manager and product offer marketing managers
Maintain existing product selector consistency and quality:
- Manage KB quarterly release (mainly on breakers), support to implement to Sysconf/Bridge.
- Improve customer experience on selector through innovation with marketing on reduce selection steps, simplify selection.
- Maintain current product selector quality / functionality, answer customer request and solve the problems or complains with proper timeline and resource
- Quick action is MUST to have on breaker KB issues (especially ACB) which raised by country or global marketing or customer.
Manage offer data creation:
- Define and create the product data structuration (DMs) and product digital content according to PIM teams processes, rules and tools
- Ensure right alignment of data structuration according SE standards and relevant external standards (ETIM, eCommerce, …)
- Work with Marketing Offer Managers for offer data presentation on the web and ensure the quality of offer data presentation on the web
Required Professional Experience:
- Well understand Power Products offers especially on breakers / PCP and switchboard.
- Have deep understanding on offer selector solution of SE & competitors
- Have knowledge on coding and logic building skill
- Have knowledge in data science and data system management
- Understanding of Supply Chain flows (data & physical) like SAP, Bridge, Sysconfy
- Well understand product selector usage like web publication, MySE integration, selection in order system.
- Can build the good network with Data Architects to ensure overall consistency
- Language: English fluent (French is plus)
- Business understanding & analysis mindset
- Proactive and self-learning / motivation
- Functional and networking management capabilities
- Good sense on reporting and problem-solving ability
