Material Planner

1. Place purchase orders on time according to ERP system recommendations
2. Track procurement activities to ensure material stock availability for production schedule and On Time Delivery to customers
3. Use planning system and digital tools to increase working efficiency
4. Analyze forecast accuracy and identify deviations between demand and supply, to drive continuous improvement on supply chain performance
5. Manage inventory at healthy level, review planning parameters and develop action plans to optimize inventory structure while increase customer satisfaction

Critical:

1. Show good potential in supply chain management, able to understand end-to-end planning, from upstream to downstream, including material planning->supply planning->production planning
2. Logistics education background or solid working experience in supply chain planning (critical); Confident and outgoing personality
3. Good English

Good-to-have:

1. Familiar with SAP or ERP system, have PC software literacy, like SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python…
