Method Engineer

Job description: 

1. Follow Schneider Production System (SPS) to lead lean improvment project in plant (VSM, KaiZen, Poka Yoke, MPH…)
2. Be responsible of production equipment capacity management to meet customer’s demand
3. According to smart operation requirment to lead automation and digital project deployment
4. For the existing processes to improve productivity and quality, Ensure process safety, availability, capability and reliability
5. Participate in the choice and selection of sub-contractors & suppliers and provide the support for subcontractors
6. know about‘flexsim'...simulation software，or familiar with C++,Python,SQL knowledge and other intelligent technology  is more better.

Qualifications:
1.     Bachelor degree or above in industrial Engineering or computer major
2.     Fluent in English
3.     2 years’ experience in industry plant, excellent fresh student is also ok.
4.     Lean and Six sigma knowledge is better
