Offer Creation Senior Project Manager

1. As the owner of MVD AC Drives, responsible for MVD market research, product strategy and roadmap, product planning and development, product lifecycle management.
2. Oriented based on market and customer needs. Extract product requirements by In-depth analysis of industry applications, reaching more customers, cooperating with front-end Sales.
3. Plan MVD platform products from multiple dimensions such as specification, function, performance of motor control, power density, control architecture, etc.
4. Effectively communicate, discuss and analysis with the research and development team to create products. Responsible for the competitiveness of the final product.
5. Work closely with cross-departmental team to improve product quality, cost, sales and profit.

1.    Master's degree in power electronics or motor control, electrical engineering

2.    Proficient in motor control theory and power electronics topology. Experience in the development of control unit hardware, power module hardware or control software is preferred

3.    Familiar with various applications of medium voltage drive

4.    Engaged in MVD product management for more than 5 years and having experience in leading new product development projects would be better

5.    Good communication skills, teamwork spirit and self-learning ability
