Accountable of the new offer business plan.
· Understand the trends of the targeted markets and segments.
· Specify the need of offer adaptation or new offer to capture new business opportunities;
· Reveal the customers’ needs and the customers’ willingness to pay.
· Choose and price the Unique Value Proposition
· Define the marketing specification of the new offer.
· Manage the specification’s changes and renouncements.
· Represent marketing function in new offer creation projects, ensures the time to market and offer specifications;
· Minimum 5 years of offer or project marketing experience on Drive Products.
· Strong technical/technology background on Drive Products
· A thorough understanding of marketing principles, theories and concepts.
· Strong innovation, active thinking and coordination capability, keen insight.
· Good communication and presentation skills.
· Fluent English communication capability.
· Automation/Engineering Bachelor or master’s degree, MBA is a plus.
