Offer Marketing Engineer

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the new offer launching
• Analyze sales, gross margin, and pricing targets on a constant basis
• Obtain voice of customer market data for input into product design
• Generate business cases for new products or business opportunities
• Competitor information collection and analysis
• Set the annual sales plan and budget plan for the product line
• Identify target segment & application, and create value propositions
• Maintain product line forecast

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, mechanical and automation) preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing industry, preferably with technical and marketing background
• Proficient in English language, both written and spoken
• Ability to work under ambiguity, think strategically
• Ability to sale-driven and result-driven
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of product management process
• Ability to travel up to 40% annually
