工作内容描述

Job Description

• 全生命周期产品管理：限位开关、光电传感器、超声波传感器

Product management in full life circle: Limit Switch, Photoelectric sensors, Ultrasonic sensors

• 目标行业分析，制定行业推广策略并执行

Market segmentation, develop promotion strategy in target segment and execute

• 在内部对销售进行产品推广， 在外部配合销售团队进行客户端产品推广

Product promotion internally / externally with sales team.

• 市场调研，竞争分析

Market survey & Competition analysis

• 发掘潜在需求，推动新产品开发，协助制定产品路线图

Understand market trend and potential demand, work with R&D for new product development, assist in building up the roadmap

• 视工作状况，涉及客户拜访， 内部会议， 产品培训， 展会， 工厂参观等需要出差

Occasional travel for internal meetings, product training and Industry trade shows is required. Opportunity to travel for training and factory engagement.

This position reports to marketing manager.

• 工程相关专业本科以上毕业，自动化专业优先

Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Automation is preferred.

• 工业自动化领域三年以上的产品管理或销售工作经验

Minimum 3 yrs experience in product management or selling in Industrial Automation.

• 擅长团队合作，工作积极主动，认真负责 

Good at teamwork, proactive and conscientious.

• 心态开放，勇于创新，结果导向，不断学习

Open minded, innovative, result oriented and permanent learner is the quality that we are looking for.

• 英语水平：沟通流畅，流利的听、说、读、写

English level: smooth communication with fluent listening, speaking, reading & writing

• 熟练使用Microsoft office软件 

Laptop proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

• 有传感器从业经验者优先

Experience with various sensor technologies is a plus!
