Offer Project Quality Leader

About the Position

For our Protection & Control League in Digital Power Line of Business, we are looking for a new quality leader, who will be part of the product squad team to manage the quality activities of Easergy P3 protection relay offer.

Accountability

For new protection relay product under development by agile project team:
- The quality excellence of the product to be developed according to the latest customer needs.
- The quality excellence according to Schneider's Offer Lifecyle Management (OLM) with Agile Execution Model

For protection relay products delivered to customers all of the world:
- The quality excellence of the relay products delivered to the customers under collaboration with manufacturing plants.
- The timely and effectively management of product quality issues raised by customers (Issue to Resolution).
- The prevention of recurrent quality issues of product (Problem to Prevention).

Role & Responsibility

Be part of the agile product squad to ensure that the product quality is built-in to reach the satisfaction of the future customers:
- Collaborate with Product Owner to guarantee that the Voice of Customer is well collected and analyzed, ensure Critical to Quality (CTQ) are well defined.

- Define product quality targets and establish the quality action plan, get its validation, and lead its execution throughout the product agile development phases.
- Support and coach the agile teams on methods and quality tools needed to reach the product quality targets.
- Collaborate with Scrum Master and different product squad members to guarantee the best practices of the Offer Lifecyle Management processes are been applied by agile teams.
- Ensure the deployment of global quality initiatives according to LoB CS&Q priorities and roadmap.

Manage the end-to-end quality for a protection relay offer to improve customer experience according to Schneider Issue to Prevent (I2P) process

- Collecting and analyze all product quality data, define annual quality targets and initiatives.

- Ensure effectiveness of quality improvement activities and drive follow-up with global manufacturing plants.
- Set-up the surveillance plan, make sure of timely execution and proper results monitoring and usage.
- Drive the quality issues resolution and prevention using related quality methods and tools.
- Ensure that the proper information is provided to the customer in case of quality issue, offer evolution and withdrawal.
- Drive risk analysis for customer for non-conformant product or quality issue.
- Decide on stop of delivery and derogation.

- Represent the customer in the product squad for offer continues improvement.

Profile & Qualification

- Bachelor or Master degree of Engineering

- 5+ years working experiences on quality related position in design or manufacturing.

- Expertise on quality methodology, eg., Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, 8D, etc.

- Working experiences with quality of complex electric product development (incl. software/firmware development), familiar with agile process is a plus.

- Knowledge of electronics product, best with knowledge on protection relay, known PCBA manufacturing process is a plus.
