Procurement Engineer

Description - External

• Responsible for Electronic component procurement management (H3: Transformer and Choke)   
• Develop and execute procurement strategy and plans. 
• Ensure supplier performance(SDPM/SOTD/Productivity etc)
• Participate in cross-functional team in the selection of suppliers to support operation strategy.
• Work with internal teams to deal with highlight supplier issues, like delivery, quality issues, etc.
• Evaluate suppliers' productivity, capacity, quality and technology plans. 
• Negotiate competitive commercial terms for material, fixed assets and service contracts. 
• Develop and maintain systems to support procurement information needs. 
• Support for VA/VE activities.
• Other transversal project assigned by Line manager.

• 3year+ Procurement experience in SE or 3year+ experience in SE other functions, Engineering/SCM background was preferred.
• Good communication capability, team work, open mind, activity and positive.
• Good PPT and Excel capability (reporting)
• Tableau/RPA is preferred.
