Product Analysis Engineer

'-To analyze and expertise the root cause of Motion/PLC products (Drives & Motors&PLC) field return on regular basis within agreed lead-time.

-To communicate analysis result with relative teams at regular base, like Offer Quality, R&D ,continous engineering, level3, marketing, etc.

-To provide immediate feedback or highlight when there’s any quality issue, technical risk that has or would pontentially been a customer complaint

-To follow up the process and provide performance metrics (quantity, called/returned/analysed, lead time...)

-To support after sales service team to analyze the root cause on customer site and improve the technical of service team.

-To maintain all test equipment to their standard of use

-Site intervention when needed
 

> bachelor graduate with a major in electric or electric automation
> 3-5 years experience in industrial activities or Design or service, better in power electronics field
> Ability to proceed test and diagnose problem and recommend solution
> Ability to communicate in English
