Ø Highly specialized in observing market dynamics and competition, Operational excellence in 4P marketing approaches
Ø Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Define and implement product line short and long term product strategies to optimize sales and profit.
Ø Offer strategic planning based on global and local landscape, define go-to-market strategy with offer creation, optimize related policies / actions / promotion tools
Ø BOC management to improve offer competitiveness to achieve growth target
Ø New offer ramp-up, launching and promotion efforts to contribute to growth
Ø Conduct competition analysis on overall market, specific segments and competitors/players
Ø Contribute critical offer strategy in critical bidding, channel and partnership, specification, commercial policies, sales performance;
Ø Efficiently support PAPS/ OEM and National Sales
Ø Engineering (Electrical and Automation preferred) education background, Bachelor/Master
Ø Extensive background in project management
Ø Strong knowledge of PLC products and have solid automation system knowledge
Ø Strategic thinking as critical competence.
Ø Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence and work within a team environment to achieve goals
Ø Qualified English both speak and write ,fluent oral English mandatory and good computer skill
Ø Prefer candidates who are highly resourceful, possess an intellectual curiosity, a desire to investigate, and will take initiative to complete difficult assignments with limited resources
Ø Willing to Travel frequently
