Project Manager

Mission :

The major project mission of this Project Manager is to lead the creation of a PP offer for both China market and global IEC market. It’s a full-cycle OCP project, covering both pre-development and PMP phases. She/he may also need to lead another 1 or 2 light-track projects under Building Business C4C scope depending on the workload bandwidth.

Responsibilities :

> Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all Functions.

> Develop, with the Project Team, the Project Management Plan and keep it up to date during the life of the project.

> Is responsible for defining & managing the project budget, resources and schedule.

> Organize, build, lead, align and motivate the project team and synchronize the project team with the other teams.

> Challenge the functions (including marketing) to take ownership of the project objectives

> Get commitment from Project Stakeholders (Countries, Business Departments and/or BUs) to achieve Time to Market & Profit targets (resources, M€).

> Lead the decision making process at the project level and at the right time.

> Identify the risks, issues and manage the associated corrective action plans.

> Manage the overall project planning, organize arbitration and, in event of deviation, propose and implement corrective actions.

> Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis.

Qualification & skills :

> Rich experience in offer creation project management; experience in 2 or more functions (Marketing or other positions with customer exposure, Design, Quality, Industrialization etc.) would be a plus.

> Competencies in project management, scheduling, finance in projects (ROI, COGS) and marketing; broad view on all discipline process

> Knowledge in Electrical Distribution and its associated business model; knowledge in Low Voltage electrical products would be a plus.

> Able to work with remote team members
