- Ensure that the Offer quality is built-in to reach the Satisfaction of the future customers
- Define Offer Quality Goals based on quality field experience, and lead project team to be accountable for meeting the quality goals of the project;
- Guarantee that the Voice of Customer is well collected and analyzed in order to provide robust and ranked customer requirements to the project team
- Ensure that all customer requirements are well taken in account from Open to Close and provide all means to get them protected in PEP
- Support, coach the team on methods and quality tools needed to reach Robustness, Customer satisfaction and Quality targets
- Make sure that risk identification, assessment and mitigation plan are managed and updated in the project (assist the Project Manager, or lead by delegation)
- Guarantee the best application of the Offer Creation Processes and the collaborative and function processes
- Establish the Project Quality Plan (inside the Project Management Plan), get its validation, and lead its execution

Skills / Experience:
- Post graduate degree / Masters - 5 years,
- Min 5 years of experience in R&D, Quality, Business Process Excellence, Continuous Engineering / Sustaining or Product Management
- Experienced in applying various quality methodologies like six sigma in Problem solving or Product development / evolution.
-Good analytical problem solving and organizational skills.
