Quality Engineer

1, In process quality control。

1.1 Define and implement PFMEA and PCP, supervise the implementation of relevant control item,

1.2 Implement monitoring process and product quality, implement corrective and preventive measures, and issue line stop for major quality problems

1.3 Investigate and analyze major quality problems and take corrective action plan.

2. Quality report

2.1Prepare quality reports (weekly, monthly, etc.) for the products in charge and share them with relevant team

2.2Analyze the main problems, follow up the corrective action plan and track the result.

3. Other related items

3.1 Initiate continuous improvement project (Kaizen, lean, six sigma) to solve complex and long-term problems.

3.2 Organize the team to investigate and analyze customer feedback which were plant process related (including customer complaints, customer audit findings, FFR, etc.)

3.3 Fully participate in relevant projects, such as PMP project, focus on process and product verification, and ensure quality in mass production

Requirement of professional skills and knowledge

1, Industry or electric knowledge, has Drives knowledge is plus.

2. With ISO9000 knowledge

3. Familiar for quality tools, Six-sigma GB/BB is plus

4. Communication skills, Initiative, good team player

Required educational background,

1.Bachelor degree and major in Industrial electrical/electronics

Requirement of professional experience

1.Three years of relevant experience in quality management field

2.With experience of quality analysis and improvement

3.With experience of quality audit

4.Good written and spoken English, skillful in Microsoft Office tools.
