Segment marketing - Motion Control
- Understands the various market segments in the country of Motion offer business, evaluates their attractiveness, anticipate their evolution and proposes priorities.
- Defines for the selected segments a consistent value proposition.
- Specify all mandatory Resources and skills to develop SE credibility and to promote the motion Offer and Solutions.
- Contributes to define and implement all necessary action plans targeted at market segments and ensures its follow-up.
- Proposes methodologies to grow the size of the market / market segments of motion business
- Monitors the competition and analyzes competitors' action by market segments (strategy, marketing mix, …).
- Identify the gaps of motion offer, solution, competence and GTM, lead the development and deployment plan for targeted segments.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on offer marketing, channel marketing or business development of motion offer business
- Strong background on OEM applications and solid technical/marketing background on motion Products and motion control solution.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English communication capability.
- Automation/Engineering Bachelor or Master degree, MBA is a plus.
