Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Content Marketing Specialist to lead our video marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the video creation serving for company brand building purpose that suits for target audience and channel including social media platforms. This position will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing video content strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for Schneider Electric China.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive video content strategy tailored to the Chinese market. This includes identifying target audiences, content themes, and distribution channels.
• Video Production: Oversee the production of high-quality video content, from concept development, storyline buildup, script writing to final edit. Collaborate with internal function teams and external agencies to create videos that align with our brand and marketing goals.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze video content performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
• Agency management: work closely with procurement depart to select qualified agency resources, provide brand training, monitor quality and make sure every production is to be in line with Schneider Electric’s brand and video guidelines.
• Video archiving and sharing: Levering company digital platform to systematically archive, categorize and share to related groups.
• Global collaboration: regularly set up meeting with global counterpart to understand global guidance and share China video for global approval.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest video marketing trends in China, including new platforms, content formats, and consumer behavior. Adapt strategies as needed to stay ahead of the competition.
资格
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in video content marketing, preferably in the Chinese market.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese in both oral and written.
• Creative Skills: Strong storytelling abilities with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Chinese social media platforms and video consumption trends.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
