Senior DVT Engineer

1.       Define and maintain verification and validation test plan of R&D project in different phase;

2.       Follow test plan to execute all test task mainly at electrical, firmware, EMC, safety, reliability, component and so on, find and report the issues, and support designer to clear understand and solve issues;

3.       Complete the parts and product test report and summary in good quality, maintain the JIRA database;

4.       Lead and drive project test plan according to project requirement.

5.       Guide entry level engineer in technical field;

6.       Support lab tasks.

Required Education:

Bachelor/Master degree of Electronic or Electrical Engineering and related major.

Required Skills: 

1.       With 3+ years working Experience in electrical or electronics product test;

2.       Fundamental understand of Power electronics and firmware function;

3.      Experience with cooling, Power distribution product and test related standard knowledge.

4.       Good at test method and equipment usage;

5.       Familiar with electrical and electronics product functionality and standard;

6.       Open minded and able to build trust with the team.

7.       Strong execution capability

8.       Ability to work in a high stress, high productivity, and rapidly changing environment.

Desired Skills:

1. Strong communication skills to work with internal and external partners
2.  Familiar with UPS related standard such as IEC62040-1/2/3/4, UL1778, IEC60068, ISTA etc
