Senior Electronic Industrialization Engineer

Define PCBA and product test strategy 
Define End to End  process flow and manufacturing specification 
Perform DFM&DFT for PCBA 
Manage ICT fixture/FCT Equipment fabrication and qualification 
Manage PCBA prototype build and process qualification
Manage brand labeling or co-design technical evaluation for manufacturing process and test  
Manage process audit for brand labeling or Co-design product in supplier site 
 

Basic KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• In-circuit test development and debug experience.
• Functional test development and debug experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Analog, Digital and Power electronics
• Ability to read and understand electronic / electrical schematics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Electrical/Electronic product principles.
Prefer KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• Experience in Agilent 3070/Spectrum 228x and Teradyne 12X ICT programming
• Experience in NI labwindows/CVI,labview,Teststand FCT programming.
• Experience on =S= platform PLC programming. 
• Experience on DFM CAD tools-- Valor and Testway
Experience on MES and brand Labeling supplier  technical and quality management 

Education:
   Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
