Senior motor mechanical engineer

Responsibilities:

-Servo motor mechanical design

-Analyze requirement and define product architecture, create and manage product definition file (3D/2D, technical specification)

-Guarantee product robustness by respecting process, applying suitable tools/method(tolerance analysis, simulation)

-Define test plan, take countermeasure to ensure product pass test

-Cooperation with project team and supplier to meet project objectives: Schedule, Quality and Cost.

-从事伺服电机结构设计

-遵循公司流程，使用适当的工具（如公差分析、模拟）以确保产品的鲁棒性

-确定产品测试计划，解决出现的问题

-与项目组以及供应商共同合作以达成时间、质量以及成本等项目目标

Profile:

-Bachelor or above degree majored in Motor/Electromechanical Engineering or similar

-At least 8 years (5 years for Master degree) of product development experience in servo motor, be familiar with material, architecture, motor theory, Electromagnetic design, thermal design, motor manufacture, good knowledge at relevant standard

-Master design tools, Creo is highly preferred

-Proactive, work independently with high efficiency, major project leader experience or strong technical competency is must

-Good at logic thinking, learning, communication, risk management, complex problem solving, innovation

-Good English (Oral, read, write)

-至少8年（硕士5年）伺服电机设计经验，熟悉电机材料、结构、工作原理、电磁设计、热设计及生产过程，熟悉相关标准

-熟练使用设计工具，3D软件以Creo优先

-工作主动，独立工作能力强，高效，需有重要项目管理经验或很强的技术能力

-逻辑思考能力强，善于学习，沟通，良好的风险管理及复杂问题解决能力，具有创新性

-英语听说读写能力好
