Description - Internal

1. Be responsible for EA business in Jilin Province and achieve the goal of regional strong position and market share.
2. Better manage and develop sub dealers, go hand in hand with dealers, develop retail channel network and achieve established goals.
3. Be responsible for sales management and development and sales forecast, and develop potential new customers and market segments.
4. Responsible for commercial projects, such as new buildings and hotels, and procedures for cooperation with new customers.
5. Be responsible for customer retention and growth, including interpersonal relationship processing.
6. Plan the sales target by market / customer segmentation.
7. Plan and visit customers regularly to increase customer sentiment.
8. Plan and implement promotional activities in the region.
9. Customer follow up: project, quotation, order and delivery.
10. Assign tasks and responsibilities, lead and build the sales team, and recommend team members to participate in internal / external training.
11. Performance appraisal and regular salary adjustment of sales team members.
12. Follow up all key performance indicators related to sales and customers.
