Senior Software Test Engineer

The Software Test Engineer for Digital Service will be responsible for test and delivery of the next generation Cloud-based digital platform in Schneider China.

l  Participate in requirement analysis of the cloud-based digital service platform.

l  Responsible for ensuring delivery quality of the cloud-based digital service platform, by performing various necessary tests for the web application, including system test, regression test, etc.

l  Be able to design effective test cases independently, according to business and software requirements.

l  Work with other software development and test engineers to deliver software releases on time with good quality.

l  Based in Beijing

l  Working in a matrix organization

l  Know how : (education, etc)

a.     CS or relative Bachelor or above degree.

b.     Script coding skill in(Python, JS or Java

c.     Strong facilitation skills, and creative problem solver.

d.     Teamwork spirit, excellent interpersonal and team building skills.

e.     Enthusiastic, hard working and highly productive.

f.      Organized and strategic thinker and passion of innovation

g.     Analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving ability.

l  Experience required :

a.     3+ years of full life-cycle software test experience.

b.     2+ years of project experience with independent test case design for system tests.

c.     Understanding and experience of automation testing experiences including UI and interface test.

d.     Understanding and experience of large scale web-based application test.

e.     Experience of Restful API testing is a strong plus.

f.      Expérience of SQL/non-SQL DB operation is a big plus
