工作描述
| l To lead Mold Concerned Activities and involve in the plastic parts industrialization at the different stages of PMP
l Feasibility study for the plastic parts industrialization for example the mold and part cost estimation
l Support design team for parts optimization as DFM, Moldflow, Material…
l Finalize mold specifications, participate in the supplier selection for mold making & molding from technical view
l Support purchaser for the negotiation with supplier to realize maximum saving for mold and part cost
l Follow molds develop and manage supplier sample submission to meet project TTM
l Support supplier to optimize molding process for mold trial
l Qualify molds and transfer molds to plants for production |
资格
| Education: | University degree in Engineering. |
| Job Related Experience: | Mold design & manufacturing experience. Background in Electrical Distribution, Automation & Control Products Knowledge in optimization of molding conditions Good experience on using CAD software 5+ years Mold related experience |
| Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): | Fluent in English. (French is an added advantage) |
