Sr.EHS Engineer

Job Responsibility

• 领导、组织和维护EHS检查、合规审核、年度计划评估、EHSA/SPS审核, ISO 体系审核，第三方合规性审核等

Lead and organize EHS inspection and internal audit, annual program evaluation, EHSA/SPS audit. ISO system audit and 3^rd party compliance audit

• 高标准地达成所属 EHS 部门年度KPI和成功计划目标

To achieve the annual KPI and Winning Plan l plan of EHS department with high quality

• 定期向全球 EHS 报告指定的安全、环境信息。协助部门经理定期向管理层汇报EHS绩效

Regularly report to the global about report of safety and environment. Assist department manager to regularly report EHS performance

• 负责工作现场污水处理设施的安全管理，确保合规和人员安全

Responsible for the safety management of on-site Waste Water Treatment, ensure compliance and personnel safety

• 负责智能物流仓储环境的安全管理，确保合规和人员安全

Responsible for the safety management of intelligent logistics warehouse environment, ensure compliance and personnel safety

• 对外联络综合执法、消防局等EHS相关政府部门

Liaison with EHS related government agencies such as Integrated Inspection Bureau and Fire Prevention Bureau, and etc.

• 负责工作现场环境监测、危险废弃物管理、化学品安全管理、工业卫生监测

To be responsible for the monitoring of on-site environment, hazardous waste management, chemical management and industrial hygiene monitoring

负责承包商安全管理

Responsible for contractor safety management

• 组织EHS小组委员会，为小组委员会提供专业的辅导和技术指导

Organize EHS committee, and provide professional instruction and technical guidance to EHS committee

• 制定年度安全培训计划，制作安全培训矩阵并逐一落实

Develop annual safety training plan, training matrix and implement accordingly

• 能够识别人机工程相关风险并有项目主导经验

Ability to identify the risks of Ergonomics and project leading experience

• 熟悉安全的变更管理流程，能够推动工作场所的MOC变更管理文化

Familiar with safe change management process, with capability to promote MOC culture in the workplace

• 具有可持续发展的意识、知识和经验

With sustainability of awareness, knowledge and experience

• 具有数字化安全管理意识和经验

Experience in digital security management

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in related engineering, environment or safety management.
• Above 3 year working experience in factory EHS engineering.
• Knowledge of PRC laws and regulations, local or industrial practices.
• Familiar with using digital tools of Python, Low Code and etc.
• Good English skills in reading and writing.
• Self-motivation, independence with teamwork sprit.
