Supplier Quality leader

Define the  Categories Quality target with aggressive quality ambitions, closely monitor  and  drive resource  to best fulfill  

Identify supplier quality  risks and push for  prevention                                                        

Validate the supplier quality plan and ensure the execution.                                                 

Manage the regular audit and drive quality continue improvement                                         

Drive the root cause analysis and solve the problem in time ,in case of any quality issue or customer complain.  Act as a expert for specific Category/Process, directly manage supplier critical / escalated issue from plants or Lob                                                        

Master the strategy suppliers SAM audit  status; Conduct supplier SAM quality audits , following up improvement  for EE category.                                                        

Be quality representative in front of  supplier  to deploy  and implement =s=  process  and policies, ensure  suppliers complied with =s= requirement 

Work with category manager to motivate supplier for self  improvement spontaneously ,build good collaboration and strategic partnership     

Train & coach suppliers for competence e.g. quality methodology ,project management skill                 

boom the best practices and animate quality&technical community in the category ,to drive  the total category supplier competence and performance  level  up incrementally                                                 

Work collaboratively with cluster / plant / LoB to collect the  feedback and drive correction actions        

Influence the decision of supplier business strategy by quality performance                                

Define process audits plan, perform process audit and follow up improvement with EE category suppliers.

Be responsible for the first article inspection of new purchased items and release the parts to production

Support Production department daily production and get nonconforming materials resolved timely for line down case.        

10+ years of supplier quality management experience on electronic component category;

Strong knowledge of quality methodology, e.g. FMEA, DOE ,8D, Control plan, SPC, MSA, APQP, Six sigma

Good electronic component category and process knowledge; Good new supplier audit, process audit, technical audit skills with EE category suppliers;

Good ability of solving quality issue with EE category; Familar with active and passive part standard, component datasheet such as JEDEC, AEC-Q standard;

Understand all kinds of tests including reliability tests with electronic components; Good knowleage with PPEP or PPAP of electronic components; Project experience with electronic components.

Electronic component category includes all kinds of active and passive parts, wires and connectors, relay etc

Demonstrate ability to drive and deliver strategic business plans and initiatives;
