To be accountable for the company’s on time delivery performance, that includes (OTDM, OTDS, Delay depth, and MAPE M-3);
Regularly meeting with the major customers to forecast, schedule, and control the flow of materials.
Review the ATP checking report on weekly basis, and push the solutions of shortage materials;
Validate the SAP parameters, according to =S= Policies;
Finish goods inventory control ( VMI stock for internal customer);
Review regularly with major customer for logistic flow to define most suitable logistic agreement.
