Transformation Program Lead

Job summary

We are looking for a Transformation Program Lead to focus on people, organization & culture transformation within an agile organization in the global scope.

Main responsibilities

·       Engage in global leadership program for frontline managers, from people assessment, program design and deployment to activate cross-culture and cross-function leadership

·       Organize and host global leadership seminars & workshops throughout the year to continuously make impact on leadership development

·       Support on global technical expertise competency mapping and career path definition, governance set up and related expertise & talent programs

·       Support other people topics, incl. but not limited to new comer on board & integration, workforce diversity, agile transformation related people competency upgrade, other talent programs, etc.

Competency & Qualifications

·       People or change management related experience is highly preferred, e.g. corporate talent program or organizational development, other transformation topics not just limited to people

·       Proven project management skills, with strong structural thinking and program planning capability

·       A proven team player and has high willingness and self-motivation to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders

·       Strong communication and presentation skills, esp. in cross-cultural context

·       Fluency in English is a must, previous overseas study or working experience is preferred

·       5-year work experience or above is preferred
