安装Citect 2016 时报错弹出提示窗口“The installation of Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 has failed. Setup will now exit.”手动从Citect的DVD安装光盘安装.Net 4.6.1(\Citect SCADA 2016\ISSetupPrerequisites\Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1\NDP461-KB3102436-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe)显示“Setup has detected that this computer does not meet the requirements to complete this operation. The following blocking issues must be resolved before you can proceed。”造成此安装的故障原因是此操作系统不支持.NET Framework 4.6.1，Citect 2016要求的操作系统最低必须是Windows 7 SP1专业版。
