Principal V&V Engineer

a)      As the R&D Principal Verification and Validation Engineer （Or Project Test Leader）,you should be able to define and execute the project verification and validation test strategy and plan, Keep the delivery at good quality, keep good cooperation with squad team.

b)      Also involved in the key internal relationships, you will closely collaborate with with project team to make sure the design meets the design spec and offer requirement. And you will review the design documentation and inform related departments to renew the documentation.

c)       What's more, as for the key external relationships, you will work with regulatory agencies to let our products get the certificates, and also work with outside certified laboratories to verify some special function requirement. And you will collaborate with international teams for product verification and validation test.

d)      This position is located in Shanghai. In term of workplace this position requires you to go on a business trip once a month or more times.

e)      In addition, you need to have international cooperation and communication skills, as well as fluent English communication skills.

Compulsory:

EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED:

ü  Strong leadership and driving skill.

ü  Very strong leadership skills, familiarity with test architecture and a strong test mindset.

ü  With 8+ years working Experience in UPS, Power Electronics, etc for design and test.

ü  Very strong collaboration and communication coordination skills.

ü  English reading and writing well, as well as fluent speaking.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

ü  Fundamental of Electronics and related function –Basic.

ü  Familiar with UPS, Power Electronics,etc application – Good.

ü  Familiar with related standard such as IEC 62040-1/2/3, GB/T 7260-1/2/3, IEC 61000, FCC 15A/B, IEC 60068, AC156, etc -Basic.

ü  Test method and equipment usage –Good.

OTHERS:

ü  Active working attitude.

ü  High efficiency working way.

Ideal:

ü  10+ years experience in UPS, Power Electronics, function.

ü  Strong experienced at project test lead and test team management.

ü  Familiar with local and international standard system and participate to standard definition.
