Become the trusted Sensors Specialist for Inductive, Photoelectric, Capacitive, Limit Switch, Pressure , Ultrasonic, RFID, Machine Safety and accessories.

• 充分了解目标行业市场的状况，深入学习并掌握目标应用，在自己负责的区域内， 制定策略和行动计划并做好执行。

Understand and master local targeted market situation, in-depth understanding of the targeted application, define local business strategy / action plan and get it executed.

• 在区域范围内，主动寻找新的业务机会，开发并培育重点客户，推动已在跟踪机会尽快落单，完成销售指标。

Proactively discover new application opportunities, develop & nurture key account customers, efficiently move existing opportunities from Discovery to Closure in the Sales Funnel, and achieve sales target.

• 与我们的合作伙伴保持紧密的业务关系，通过与内外部的沟通和协同工作， 确保我们的客户满意

Collaborate with all internal & external business stakeholders， closely working with our partners to make sure our customers are satisfied with our product and services.

Learn about and promote New Products.

• 视工作状况，因客户拜访，内部会议，产品培训，展会，工厂参观等需要出差

Travel for internal meetings, product training and Industry trade shows is required. Opportunity to Travel for training and factory engagement.

This position reports to the Regional Manager.

• 工程相关专业本科以上毕业，自动化专业优先

Bachelor above degree in Engineering, Automation preferred.

• 工业自动化领域三年以上的OEM，渠道或EU销售工作经验,

Minimum 3 yrs experience in selling and account management in Industrial Automation to OEMs, Channel or End Users.

• 自我激励与管理能力强，工作积极主动，认真负责。 

An aggressive self-starter with a conscience who can thrive on limited supervision and get the job done.

• 熟练使用Microsoft office软件 

Laptop proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

• 有传感器从业经验者优先

Experience with various sensor technologies is a plus!
